PHARMACANN / BRIGHTON HEALTH ADVOCATE: MMJ GROW, LAB, AND MANUFACTURING
In early 2018, CORDOS identified a 15-acre forested site — Hopping Brook Park in Holliston, Massachusetts — for development of an MMJ and adult-use cultivation and processing site.
To comply with tight state deadlines for operation, CORDOS mobilized immediately after closing and began sitework and electrical and fiber services for an on-site temporary grow and processing facility comprised of a Flex-Mod grow container and office trailer extraction lab. CORDOS completed the temporary facilities in mid-July, while grading and site utility operations proceeded on the remaining site.
CORDOS utilized local-only trade contractors to shell-out the facility in November 2018, carrying the project through site development, foundations, precast, and structural steel for the 26,000 square foot processing building and 32,000 square foot Venlo-style greenhouse.
