Cordos Development & Associates combines large-scale expertise with the flexibility and customer support of a small firm. We work closely with clients to ensure that constructability, schedule, and budget align while bringing their vision to life.  Since our inception in 2002, CORDOS Development & Associates has earned a reputation for excellence in the Chicagoland area and nationally. Rather than specialize in any particular market, building, or construction type, we focus on each individual clients' needs, a philosophy that ensures we identify and achieve all of our clients’ objectives.

No challenge is too great for our team; we view every obstacle as an opportunity for growth, expanding our knowledge, portfolio, and client reach. Our resilience and adaptability have allowed us to establish a foothold in new markets while retaining valued existing clients.  We take pride in delivering excellence—80% of our projects come from repeat clients. Cordos wears many hats, offering services in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build.

Cordos takes great pride in our exemplary safety record. We have maintained an EMR of well under 1.00 and have a Total Recordable Incident Rate of 0.00 over the last five years. While we employ a rigorous safety program, our staff chooses to lead by example; each staff member is required to complete an OSHA 30 certification and stay current on their safety certifications. This not only provides our clients with the peace of mind, but also results in safe environments for our employees, subcontractors, and the communities in which we build.
