The project began in March 2024 at a 7,242-square-foot strip mall suite off Weber Road in Romeoville, IL. Cordos’ scope of work included a comprehensive interior gut and rehab of the existing laser tag facility, all new mechanical and fire protection systems, and a complete refinishing of the interior. Cordos’ team worked closely with village officials and the local fire department to bring the building up to current safety codes while maintaining an open dialogue with Verilife’s staff to align with their aesthetic vision for the space. Today, this store is recognized among the client’s staff as the new flagship location.
Overall, this $2 million project required careful planning, coordination with village officials, and specialized construction to meet the client’s standards for safety, security, and functionality. This project concluded Verilife’s rebranding efforts in Illinois, but the program continued in New York, Ohio, and Massachusetts markets. Verilife’s new location in Romeoville boasts a sharp new look and a much more accessible location for customers and patients.
