Verilife Latham is a 3,800 square foot retail dispensary located just outside Albany, NY. The project began in mid-April 2024 as part of a continued rebranding program. Drawing on the familiarity developed through earlier work in the Capital Region, Cordos was well-prepared to handle the unique challenges of this buildout, which took place in a fast-paced retail environment.

This project required adaptability to the local jurisdictions in charge, as well as flexibility with clients’ decisions on furnishing and finishes while maintaining an efficient schedule. Throughout the renovation, Cordos Construction worked closely with Verilife’s team to ensure that the project aligned with the company’s vision while simultaneously communicating with the local municipal officials to maintain code compliance and the health and safety of the community.

By mid-September 2024, the project reached a successful conclusion with occupancy granted, and Verilife Latham was ready to open its doors to the public. The timeline was met despite the complexity of the challenges faced, including the need to retrofit the existing structure to meet modern safety standards.
