ELIO PULIDO – PROJECT MANAGER

Elio Pulido started his career with a Licenciatura en Archictura, the Mexican equivalent of a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Prior to his tenure at Cordos, he worked with affiliated architecture group Filoramo-Talsma, during which Elio worked on designs for some of Cordos’ early cannabis projects, that he started his position at Cordos.

With a design background, Elio has the keen ability to see the full picture of a project while simultaneously digging into the details. He uses his construction expertise and his strong communication skills while assisting clients and communicating with subcontractors.

In his time at Cordos, he has worked on a variety of different projects in Chicago, including several CPS and CHA Capital Improvement projects. Along with Paul Smerica, he helped to spearhead Cordos' CHA Job Order Contract program starting in 2018. Elio works on nearly every project that comes across Cordos’ desks; he is often the first of the group to begin estimating and reviewing project documents and one of the last, assisting close-out.
