As President and Founder of Cordos Development & Associates LLC, Vince provides vision and leadership for all of the firm’s activities and personnel. Vince combines expertise in general contracting and construction management with over 10 years of owner/builder experience in real estate development and nearly 20 years in civil engineering to provide Cordos’s clients with a comprehensive and well-balanced approach to their construction projects, from project inception to final occupancy and beyond.

In addition to overseeing the financial and operational health of Cordos, Vince is primarily responsible for client relations. The firm’s consistent success flows directly from Vince’s commitment to carrying out the firm’s mission: building successful, long term relationships with the firm’s clients through open communications, loyalty, and personal involvement.

Vince is particularly active in the preconstruction activities of all of the firm’s projects, including assembly of a team to best address clients’ needs, budgeting and estimating, value engineering, and bringing key consultants to the team. Vince also welcomes project management roles for strategic projects of larger complexity. Prior to co-founding Cordos in 2002, Vince worked as a senior estimator and project manager for Salamone Builders where he managed various projects, including estimating and CPM scheduling for multiple concurrent projects through-out the Chicago area.
